Answer:

1. fibre can be classified into two main categories natural and synthetic. Explanation: natural fibres are obtained from Natural Sources such as plants and animals while those which are developed by human beings are called synthetic fibres examples nylon rayon and polyester are synthetic fibres .

2. The rearers in silk industry are engaged in several types of tasks and get exposed to multiple physical, chemical, and biological agents, which make them vulnerable to various health problems that include injuries, musculoskeletal disorders, allergies, eye irritation, and respiratory diseases.

3.Wool is obtained from this fleece. Shearing is the first step in processing fibre into wool. ... Once the dyeing process is complete, the fibres are straightened, combed and rolled into yarn. The longer fibres are made into wool for sweaters, while the shorter fibres are spun and woven into woollen cloth.

4. Cocoons of silk moth are used to obtain the silk fibres. These cocoons are kept under the sun or boiled or exposed to steam. The silk fibres is then separated. This process of obtaining wool from the cocoons is called reeling the silk.

5. The silkworm is the larva stage of the silk moth's life cycle. Moths lay eggs which develop into the silkworm larvae, grub or caterpillar (commonly called silkworms). They eat for 20-30 days, consuming large amounts of mulberry leaves, and molt through four changes of skin or 'instars'.

6. Respiratory diseases like asthma, bronchitis etc., are very common among these workers. It is because they inhale small hair while sorting and scouring.

The workers suffer from various skin infections.
