Mountains are present at high altitude so there the pressure becomes very low for which our body pressure becomes more than that of the atmosphere. So our blood comes out and nose bleeding occurs.

Aeroplanes fly at high altitudes so to maintain the pressure the cabins are pressurised

At higher altitudes the density of the air decreases. At high altitude RBCs number increases in our body and we (mountaineers) suffer from nose bleeding

Airplanes have pressurised cabins for passenger safety. This is to make regulated the pressure conditions to normal pressure condition on ground. More over it saves the passengers from feeling uncomfortable.
