f(x) =ax^2 + bx + c
α + β = ( -b/a )
α*β =c/a (given)
Now ,
1/α -1/β = β -α /α*β
we have not , β-α
so, (β - α ) =√(α+β)^2-4αβ
=> √b^2/a^2 -4c/a (from given )
hence,
puting value
1/α -1/β = √b²/a² - 4c/a
or, √b²-4ac/a² Answer ✔
