independent judicery is much important and it should be able to perform its norms and duties independently due to these reasons
if judicery is kept under the control of parliament,it will not be able to control parliament if they did anything wrong
secondly independent judicery explains that everyone whether pm of president or a begger everyone is equal in front of law and no one can enforce law in its favour due to his power and post.



independent judicery became a moment of need in 24 apr. 1973 in golaknath bharti case,where parliament tried taking fundamental rights of people but judicery opposed it and laid down the norm of basic structure in constitution.
thus i think that independent judicery is must for a democratic nation.
