The prospective online buyer feels he does not have to waste his precious time to go to the market thus saving not only time but also the botheration of traffic jams, fuel expenses, and other associated inconveniences. However everything related to online shopping is not so rosy. Often the products displayed virtually fail to match the real products in colour, texture, and quality. For example while buying shoes one can wear them and walk in the showroom and have a feel about its comfort, exact shade of colour, but online shopping deprives the customer of this advantage. Often the pictures and images of the product on virtual screen are deceptive. At times the delivery takes far longer time.
