facing the challenge in cyclones and floods ?in what way is it natural occurrence and in what way is it man made.

if we watch clearly on the environment we observe that almost destruction of environment caused by us ( man -made ) specially deforestation if we take the topic of deforestation we also get many of problems which creates floods and also dams so , we had to overcome this problem by aforestation and by making solid and stable dams which are some man made gifts which causes floods and in other hand cyclone is a natural gift which is created by fast blowing winds but we can prevents it by construction of stable and solid homes , having precautions and first- aid , be aware from communication towers , make distance from oceans , seas , having proper attention in surroundings , etc.
