factor affecting the internal resistance are as following :-)

➡ Larger the distance b/w the electrodes of the cell then higher the value of internal resistance.

.➡ Greater the conductivity of the electrolyte lesser is the internal resistance of the cell

➡ The internal resistance of cell is inversely proportional to the common area of electrodes dipping in the electrolyte.
