. then we will get x2 + 8x+12 = 0

then , middle term spliting method we use
x2 + (6 + 2 )x + 12 = 0
x2 + 6x + 2x+ 12 = 0
then we will continue ,
x(x+6) + 2(x+6) = 0
(x+2) = 0 , (x+6)= 0
