using a^2-b^2=(a+b)(a-b)

Let a=x+y

b=x-y

(x+y)^2-(x-y)^2

=(x+y-x+y)(x+y+x-y)

=2y×2x

=4xy

since a=X+Y,. and b=X-Y

=>X+Y-(X-Y)【X+Y+(x-y)】

=>(X+Y-X+Y)(X+Y+X-Y)
