To factorise:-

3 {x}^{2}  + 4x + 2 = 0

Here we use quadratic formula to find out the solution;-

x =  \frac{ -b ± \sqrt{ {b}^{2}  - 4ac} }{2a}

here a=3,b=4,c=2

➾ \frac{ - 4 ± \sqrt{( {4)}^{2} - 4(3)(2) }   }{2 \times 3}  =  \frac{ - 4 ± \sqrt{16 - 24}  }{6}

➾ \frac{ - 4 ± \sqrt{ - 8}  }{6}
