SOLUTION

1️⃣

 =  >  {x}^{3}  +  {x}^{2}  - 4x - 4 \\  =  >  {x}^{2} (x + 1) - 4(x + 1) \\  =  > (x + 1) \:  \: ( {x}^{2}  - 4)\\(x+1) (x+2) (x-2)

2️⃣

 =  >  {x}^{3}   +  y {}^{3}  - x - y \\  =  > (x + y)(  {x}^{2}  - xy +  {y}^{2} ) - 1(x + y) \\  =  > (x + y)( {x}^{2}  - xy +  {y}^{2}  - 1)
