 =  > 12 {a}^{2}  + 2a - 4 \\   =  >  {12a}^{2}  + 8a -6a - 4 \\  =  > 2a(6a + 4) - 6(6a + 4) \\  =  > (6a  + 4) \:  \: (2a - 6)
