ACCORDING TO QUESTIONS FIRST WE WILL DO AS MIDDLE TERM SPILT UP ....
BY MIDDLE TERM SPILT UP WE GET 180 BY
10×18 = 180
12a sq - 18ab sq. + 10ab + 15b square we get
= 6a (2a - 3b) + 5a(2a - 3b)
= (2a - 3b) (6a + 5a)
