12x²-7x+1=0
12x²-4x-3x+1=0
4x(3x-1)-1(3x-1)=0
(4x-1)-(3x-1)=0
for,
4x-1=0
4x=1
x=1/4
and
3x-1=0
3x=1
x=1/3
So values of x are 1/4&1/3
