12 x^2 - 7x +1
=> 12 x ^2 - ( 4 + 3 ) x +1
=> 12 x ^2- 4x - 3x +1
=> 4x ( 3x - 1) - 1 ( 3 x - 1)
=>( 4x - 1) (3x - 1)
X => 1/4, 1/3
Factors are 1/4, 1/3.

minal21: Its 4x-1 not 4x+1
minal21: Dear
