15+11x-4x² =0

changing signs and places

4x² -11x -15 =0

4x²+4x-15x-15 =0

4x (X+1)-15(X+1) =0

(X+1)(4x-15) =0

X+1=0 or 4x-15=0

X=-1 or X 15/4

\huge\large{Hello}

 - 4x {}^{2} + 11x + 15 \\ = - 4x { }^{2} + 15x - 4x + 15 \\ = - 4x {}^{2} - 4x + 15x + 15 \\ = - 4x( x + 1) + 15(x + 1) \\ = (- 4x + 15)(x + 1)

To find the value of x :

either (-4x+15) = 0

or (x + 1) = 0

=> x = 15/4,-1
