SOLUTION :

16 - 9 {a}^{2}  \\  \\  = (4) {}^{2} - (3a) {}^{2}   \\  \\ it \: is \: in \: the \: form \: of \: a {}^{2}  - b {}^{2}  = (a + b)(a - b) \\  \\  = (4 + 3a)(4 - 3a)

=(4)^2-(3a)^2

=(4+3a)(4-3a)

by using a²-b² = (a+b)(a-b)
