=16x^3
=16x^3(x^2-9)
=16x^3{(x)^2-(3)^2}
=16x^3{(x+3)(x-3)}
={the formula of *(a^2-b^2)=(a+b)(a-b)
=so factor is
=16x^3(x+3)(x-3)

you multiple those terms
