first we will make (a-b)^2

so 2{p^2 +q^2-2pq}

so it would equal to [2p^2+2q^2-4pq]

now -3(p-q)

-3×p=-3p

-3×(-q)=3q

so ans is

2p^2+2q^2-4pq-3p+3q
