 =  {24x}^{2}  - 16x + 3x - 2

 = 8x(3x - 2) + 1(3x - 2)

 = (3x - 2)(8x + 1)

x =  \frac{2}{3}

8x =  - 1

x =  \frac{ - 1}{8}
