Factorise 25(m+n)^2 - 9(m-n)^2​

Equation given :

= 25(m+n)² - 9(m-n)²

= 25(m²+n²+2mn) - 9(m²+n²-2mn)

= 25m²+25n²+50mn-9m²-9n²+18mn

= 25m²-9m²+25n²-9n²+50mn+18mn

= 16m²+16n²+68mn

= 4(4m²+4n²+17mn)
