(2m+3n)square -(3m +2n)square
= [( 2m)square + (3n)square+2(2m) (3n)] - [(3m)square +(2n)square + 2(3m) (2n)]
= [ (4m square +9n square + 12 mn) - (9m square + 4n square + 12mn)]
= ( 4m square + 9n square + 12 mn - 9m square - 4n square -12 mn)
= ( -5m square +5n square + 0)
= [ -5(m square - n square)]
= [ -5(m+n) (m-n) ]

Here is your answer
(2m + 3n) {}^{2} - (3m + 2n) {}^{2} \\ = 4 {m}^{2} + 9 {n}^{2} + 12mn - (9 {m}^{2} + 4 {n}^{2} + 12mn) \\ = 4 {m}^{2} + 9 {n}^{2} + 12mn - 9 {m}^{2} - 4 {n}^{2} - 12mn \\ = - 5 {m}^{2} + 5 {n}^{2} \\ = 5( {n}^{2} - {m}^{2} ) \\ = 5(n + m)(n - m)
