3/2x^2 -8x - 35/2 =0
(3 {x}^{2} - 16x - 35 )\div 2

3x^2 -16x -35 =0 ×2
3x^2 -16x -35 =0
3x^2 -21x +5x -35 =0
3x(x - 7) + 5(x - 7) = 0
(x - 7)(3x + 5)
therefore x = 7 and -5/3.
hope this helps you .

−16x−35)÷2

3x^2 -16x -35 =0 ×2

3x^2 -16x -35 =0

3x^2 -21x +5x -35 =0

3x(x - 7) + 5(x - 7) = 03x(x−7)+5(x−7)=0

(x - 7)(3x + 5)(x−7)(3x+5)

therefore x = 7 and -5/3.
