Answer:

(3+x)²-64x².

(3+x)².

It is in the form of (a+b)²=a²+b²+2ab where a=3 & b=x.

(3+x)²=(3)²+(x)²+2(3)(x).

=9+x²+6x.

(3+x)²-64x²=9+x²+6x-64x².

=9+6x-63x².

I think this is your answer.
