4a^ 2 - ( b^2 - 6b + 9 )

= (2a)^2 - (b - 3)^2

= (2a + b - 3)(2a - b + 3)

hey mate here is your answer

by using identities

(a-b)²=a²-2ab+b²

and (a²-b²)=(a+b)(a-b)

4a²-b²+6b-9

4a²-(b²-6b+9)

(2a)²-(b²-(2)(3)(b)+3²)

(2a)²-(b-3)²

(2a-(b-3))(2a+(b-3))

(2a-b+3)(2a+b-3)

hope it will help you
