Ans:- 64 (p – q)^3 – 27(x + y)^3

= let (p – q) = x and (x + y) = z

= 64x^3 - 27z^3

= (8x)^3 - (9z)^3

= (8x - 9z) (64x^2 + 72xz + 81z^2)
