\textbf{ Hello Mate! }

7 + 10(2x - 3y) - 8 {(2x - 3y)}^{2} \\ \\Let \: (2x - 3y) \: be \: a \\ \\ = > 7 + 10y - 8 {y}^{2} \: or \\ = > - 8 {y}^{2} + 10y + 7 \\ = > - 8 {y}^{2} + 14y - 4y + 7 \\ = > 2y( - 4y + 7) + 1( - 4y + 7) \\ = > (2y + 1)( - 4y + 7)

Keep the values we get,

(2(2x - 3y) + 1)( - 4(2x - 3y) + 7) \\ \\ = > (4x - 12y + 1)( - 8x + 12y + 7)
