8x³y³ + 27a³

=> (2xy)³ + (3a)³

As we know that :

a³ + b³ = (a + b)(a² - ab + b²)

Now,

=> (2xy + 3a)[(2xy)² - (2xy)(3a) + (3a)²]

=> (2xy + 3a)(4x²y² - 6xya + 97a²)
