let \: p = x - y \\  9 {(x - y)}^{2} - 30(x - y) + 25 \\  = 9{p}^{2} - 30p + 25 \\  = 9 {p}^{2} - 15p - 15p + 25 \\  = 3p(3p - 5) - 5(3p - 5) \\  =(3p - 5)(3p - 5) \\  = {(3p - 5)}^{2}
