Given Equation is 9a^2 - 9b^2 + 6a + 1.

It can be written as:

9a^2 + 6a + 1 - 9b^2

(3a^2 + 1)^2 - 9b^2

(3a + 1)^2 - (3b)^2

We know that a^2 - b^2 = (a + b)(a - b)

(3a + 1 + 3b)(3a + 1 - 3b).

Hope this helps!
