9a^2-(a^2-4)^2

= ( 3a )^2 - ( a^2 - 4a)^2

= ( 3a - ( a^2 - 4 )) ( 3a + ( a^2 - 4 ))

= ( 3a - ( a^2 - 2^2 )) ( 3a + ( a^2 - 2^2 ))

=> ( 3a - ( a - 2) ( a + 2 )) ( 3a + ( a - 2 ) ( a + 2 ))    ( ANS )
