9a2 + 3a - 8b - 64b2

lets take first 2 terms

= 9a2 + 3a

both have 3 and a in common

= 3a(a+1)

lets take left terms

=-8b-64b2

both have - , 8 and b in common

= -8b(1+8b)

hence it can't be factorise
