(a+b)³ - a - b

(a+ b)³ - ( a+b)

(a+b)[(a+b)² -1]. { taking (a+b) common}

(a+b)(a²+ b² + 2ab -1). { using the identity of (a+b)²}

Hence the answer is (a+b)(a²+b²+ 2ab -1)
