x ^{3}  - 2 {x}^{2}  - x + 2 \\  \\  {x}^{2} (x - 2) - 1(x - 2) \\  \\ (x - 2)( {x}^{2}  - 1) \\  \\ (x - 2)( {x}^{2}  - x + x  -  1) \\  \\  (x - 2)(x(x - 1) + 1(x - 1)) \\  \\ (x - 2)(x - 1)(x + 1)
