Answer:

It is simple .

(x+2)² - (x+4)²

we use the identity a²- b²= (a+b)(a-b)

Take (x+2) as 'a' and Take (x+4) as 'b'.

so, (x+2)²- (x-4)² = (x+2+(x+4)) (x+2-(x+4))

= (x+2+x+4)(x+2-x-4)

= (2x+6)(-2)

= -4x-12

I hope this answer will correct
