m (m-3)-n (n-3)
m^2 -3m -n^2 +3n

m^2 -n^2 -3m +3n

BY using identity a^2 -b^2 = (a+b)(a-b)

(m+n)(m-n) -3 (m-n)

(m-n)(m+n-3)
