Answer:

m²+3m+9/4

m²+(2)(3/2)(m) + (3/2)²

using a²+2ab+b²=(a+b)²

(m+3/2)²

Factor out 1/4 from expression

 \frac{1}{4} ( {4m}^{2}  + 12m + 9)
