Answer:

p²-2√2p-30

==> p²-5√2p+3√2p-30=0

p (p-5√2)  +  3√2(p-5√2)=0

(p+3√2) (p-5√2)

p=(-3√2) or p= 5√2

Hey mate here is Answer

Solution

 \bf \pink{ {p}^{2} - 2 \sqrt{2} p - 30 = 0 } \\  \\  \bf \pink{ {p}^{2} - (5 \sqrt{2} - 3 \sqrt{2} )p - 30 = 0  } \\  \\  \bf \pink{ {p}^{2}  - 5 \sqrt{2 } p + 3 \sqrt{2} p - 30 = 0} \\  \\  \bf \pink{p(p - 5 \sqrt{2}) + 3 \sqrt{2}  (p  -  5 \sqrt{2} ) = 0} \\  \\  \bf \pink{(p + 3 \sqrt{2}) \: (p - 5 \sqrt{2} )  = 0} \\  \\  \bf \pink{p =  - 3 \sqrt{2}  \: and \: p = 5 \sqrt{2}  \:  \: answer}
