pq+5q-p-5
= taking ( q ) common from first 2 terms (pq+5q) and (-1) from last terms (-p-5)
= q(p+5)-1(p+5)
Now take (p+5) common
=(p+5)(q-1)
These are required factors
If we want values then put these factor equals to zero
Means p+5= 0, p= -5 and q-1= 0,q= 1
