Solution:-

=> 30m² + m - 3

we write the above polynomial splitting the middle term using the two factors which are - 9 and 10.

so,

=> 30m² + 10 m - 9m - 3

now, we take common 10m from

30m² + 10m and

we take common - 3 from - 9m - 3.

=> 10m( 3m + 1 ) - 3 ( 3m + 1 )

now we take common "3m + 1" so,

=> ( 10m - 3 ) ( 3m + 1 )

so final answer is

( 10m - 3 ) ( 3m + 1 )
