(x + 2y) ^{2} - (x - y)^{2}   \\  {x}^{2} -  {y}^{2}   = (x + y) \times (x - y)\\  = (x + 2y + (x - y) \times (x + 2y - (x - y) \\  = (x + 2y + x - y) \times (x + 2y - x + y) \\  = (2x - y)  \times (3y)
