Hey mate!!

=======================

(2a + 3b)² - 16c²

=> (2a + 3b)² - (4c)²

Using identity :

x² - y² = (x + y)(x - y)

=> (2a + 3b)² - (4c)²

=> (2a + 3b + 4c)(2a + 3b - 4c)

=======================

Thanks for the question!!
