Answer: (4x+1) (x+1)

Step-by-step explanation: 4x^2 +5x +1

For 5x :

4x added to x will give you 5x

for 4^x2 :

4x multiplied by X will give you 4x^2

So the split form will be :

4x^2 + x + 4x + 1

taking two terms together

X(4x +1) {We took X common in first two terms}

+1 (4x +1) {Since nothing is common in last two terms 1 is taken}

Therefore : (4x+1) (X+1) {don't forget the sign while taking a common term in last two terms.
