9x {}^{2} + 6x + 1 - 25y {}^{2} \\ = (9x {}^{2} + 6x + 1) - (5y) {}^{2} \\ = ( \: \:(3x ) {}^{2} + 2 \times 3x \times 1 + (1) {}^{2} \: ) - (5y) {}^{2} \\ = (3x + 1) {}^{2} - (5y) {}^{2} \\ = (3x + 1 + 5y)(3x + 1 - 5y)
