2x² +7xy - 15y²

=2x² +10xy - 3xy - 15y²

=2x(x+5y) -3y(x + 5y)

=(x+5y)(2x-3y)

PinkyTune: Did I get it right?
qais: yes now u got me right :)
PinkyTune: I told the same thing there also. (multiply the coefficients of the first and second terms and factorise.)
PinkyTune: coefficient is the number before an constant
PinkyTune: that is the number of times the constant is multiplied
qais: no no...not second term dear.....here second term is 7 nah,,,but im saying third term,,that is 15
PinkyTune: oH! Sorry, I meant third term. Just a ty[ping mistake
qais: oh...it's ok :)
PinkyTune: Now, it is clear, I hope!
qais: yes :)
