Step-by-step explanation:

Given trinomial is y²-21y + 19

the product of its first and the last term = y²   x     19 = +19y²

splitting the middle term into two terms so that their product is +19y² their sum is -21y ( the middle term ) ; we get :    -15y +6y

∴ y²-21y +19 = y² -15y +6y +19

now u factorise the above expression
