= > x^3 - 4x^2 + x^2 - 5x - 4x - 5
= > x^3 - 4x^2 - 5x + x^2 - 4x - 5
= > x(x - 4x - 5) + 1(x^2 - 4x - 5)
= > (x + 1)(x^2 - 4x - 5)
= > (x + 1)(x^2 + x - 5x - 5)
= > (x + 1)(x(x + 1) - 5(x + 1))
= > (x + 1)(x + 1)(x - 5)
= > (x + 1)^2(x - 5).
