Step-by-step explanation:

(x+y)²-(x-y)²

= [x²+2(x)(y) +y²] - [x²-2(x)(y) +y²]

=x²+2xy+y²-x²+2xy-y²

= 2xy + 2xy

=2(2xy)

=4xy

Hope this is helpful

( {x + y)}^{2} - ( {x - y)}^{2} .......(1)

( {x + y)}^{2} = {x}^{2} + {y}^{2} - 2xy

( {x - y)}^{2} = {x}^{2} + {y}^{2} - 2xy

putting the values in equation 1 we get:-

 {x}^{2} + {y}^{2} - {x}^{2} - {y}^{2} + 2xy + 2xy

4xy

this is the answer my friend.
