 {(x - 3)}^{2}  - 4 \\  \\  =  >  {x}^{2} - 6x + 9 - 4 \\  \\  =  >  {x}^{2}   - 6x + 5 \\  \\  =  >  {x}^{2}  - 5x - x + 5 \\  \\  =  > x(x - 5) - 1(x - 5) \\  \\  =  > (x - 1)(x - 5)
