⇒ 3(x^2 + y^2 - 2xy - z^2)

⇒ 3(x - y)^2 - (z)^2

⇒ 3(x - y - z)(x - y + z).

⇒ 2(p^2 + 6p - 16)

⇒ 2(p^2 + 8p - 2p - 16)
